Great place to grab local food without the "local" price. Other places are great in downtown, though you could drop $300+ for a party of 6. Not here. There is a wait for food, as everything is made to order. The breeze makes the covered outdoor very pleasant. Plus recommended by Guy, so......

I'm going to keep this simple... beer is cold. Frosty mugs are cold. Service is simple and quick. Huge salsa bar to dress all of your tacos. My husband loves the tacos and I just recently tried the flautas and they were delicious. Great place!

We were tired of the expensive expensive tourist trap's restaurants. The employees were happy to be there and had great attitude. The food was delicious.

We happen to find this place by chance on our way to the airport. The place was pretty empty when we got there but within the hour it was getting busy - and this is in the middle of the day on a Wednesday ... The food was good, the shrimp tacos and roll tacos were delicious but their asada tacos lacked seasoning and there arrachera was decent at best. The way it works is you order your food, and it doesn't come with any garnish you add that yourself at their bar. There is a variety of toppings including salas, and frijoles you can add. The drinks were really good, and decent in size for the price. Staff is really friendly. The place is big in size and clean. They take debit/ credit. I would recommend giving it a try, and to by understanding it was featured on the FoodNetwork!

As huge DDD and Guy Fieri fans, we knew we had to try Así y Asado to see if they were "the best tacos in town" (Now I didnt get to have too many tacos in Cabo but these were pretty darn good) This is a super casual place and was not crowded despite it being spring break. We started with guacamole (5/5). Simple, spicy great presentation. Arrachera taco (5/5). Excellent meat with good flavor and tortilla was very good Barbacoa taco (4/5). A good taco, didnt know it would come crispy and with the orange tortilla. Salsas (4/5). Some salsas were really good and others were just okay Jericalla (3/5). First time trying this dessert so wasnt sure what to expect Flan (3/5). Just okay. Service (4/5). Pretty good, although I wish our server was a little more helpful and asked if we wanted complementos. Coming from Texas I assumed the tacos would have something on them. Overall: I see why Guy visited Así y Asado. My family messed up and didnt order the "complementos" or sides to add to the tacos and that is totally our fault, so it's hard to judge these tacos based on just meat, tortilla and salsa but from what I got they were very good.

Came here for my first meal in Cabo because it was a 10 minute walk from where I am staying. Solid tacos but not "omg I need to come back again" and its not that cheap compared to other local spots (more geared toward tourists). The service was friendly, attentive, and the place has all the right COVID cleaning practices in place. I ordered the Watermelon Agua De Fruta (4/5- HUGE portion, it's literally a pint size drink, and you can taste that its fresh). The Grilled Vegetables (2/5 this was a mistake... I don't even know how to describe this. It just wasn't good and I would not recommend ordering it). Tacos: Ribeye (3/5- nothing special, meat tasted a bit off), Shrimp (5/5- best one I got), Octopus (4/5- also delicious and would re-order if I came back), and lastly the Pastor (3/5- also nothing special but taste wise was decent). They also have a lot of sauces and toppings (e.g. coleslaw) for free that I believe was a huge condiment bar pre-COVID.
